Frank Manfre, Principal
Frank serves as Principal for the Breakthrough Consulting team and as a Career Coach for individuals. With over 30 years of experience as a business executive in for-profit and non-profit organizations Frank brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. His areas of focus are strategic planning, leadership development, building high performance teams, hiring, and on-boarding. He has led leadership and team building Learn Shops for the US Army, the Georgia University System, Cobb County, and Clayton County as well as for many for-profit corporations in various industry segments including dental, medical and industrial.
Frank has been trained to administer and interpret the Predictive Index behavioral instrument. He has is a graduate of the Center for Quality of Management Four Revolutions Integrated Management System 6-day course program for Total Quality Management including Project/Process Management. He also completed several American Management Association courses including the prestigious 5-day President’s course.
Frank holds a BS degree from Fredonia (NY) State University and resides in metro Atlanta with his wife Virginia, an associate with Breakthrough Consulting.
Alan Stewart, PhD
Dr. Stewart is a co-founder and former Board member of Boys to Men Mentoring of Georgia, and past president of the ManKind Project of Georgia. He is a Certified Mental Health First Aid trainer and has taught MFA to business leaders, police officers, teachers, and college students.
His successful twenty-year career in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence officer informed his approach to leadership development. He also has twelve years of experience in one-on-one and group counseling settings with a proven ability to build rapport, find strengths, and create strong relationships that foster personal growth and team effectiveness. Additional specialties include conflict management, behavioral assessments, and emotional literacy/intelligence.
Alan earned his BA at the University of Maryland, an MS and his PhD in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University.
Larry Weiss CPA, CEPA
Larry is President and Founder of Weiss Advisors LLC, a practice committed to helping business owners grow their wealth and income by aligning business, personal, and financial goals.
After graduating from the University of Missouri with a BSBA, he joined Price Waterhouse Coopers on the Audit Team performing and managing audits of a variety of businesses and passed the CPA exam. Larry is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and member of the Exit Planning Institute https://exit-planning-institute.org/
He is also a Member of AICPA & MSCPA.
Larry is experienced at business valuations and transitions and helping business owners plan their exit or succession strategy.
