With over 25 years of experience in the dental field working with Astra Tech Dental, Ivoclar, VITA, Whip Mix, and Dentsply Sirona I have a deep understanding of the challenges dental practice managers, owners, and dentists face on a daily basis. From leading a team of employees - including hiring and onboarding - to ensuring an excellent Patient Experience and growing procedural efficiency and collections.

I conduct one-on-one leadership coaching and group coaching to overcome team dysfunction to reduce stress and improve productivity. Running a dental practice and meeting patient and employee needs is no small task when the practice owner is also the top revenue generator.

The owner of two successful family dental practices in metro Atlanta requested my help with improving his effectiveness as a leader and fostering teamwork. It was particularly important as he was opening a third office focused on sleep dentistry.
Selecting associate dentists and staff that were a good fit for the established practice culture was vital to him and team effectiveness and achieving their goals. Through regular meetings and discussions with the owner and team members I was able to help all three practices thrive and meet Team goals.
