More Companies Are Using AI for Hiring

Most Fortune 100 companies are relying on AI-enhanced systems to screen job applicants and other AI tools when hiring. Even smaller organizations are using AI for hiring. According to a recent survey, approximately 26% of small businesses in the United States are using AI tools in recruitment. This indicates a growing adoption of AI-powered solutions to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency.

 

A 2023 survey of hiring managers indicated that 15% planned to use AI to make hiring decisions without any human input! That figure has undoubtedly grown with the proliferation of AI search engines. That survey also found it’s “very or somewhat likely ”that AI-based interviews screen out viable more frequently than humans do.
